I dont think it's you. I think since the sites been down and back up again there has been problems with pics.

NismoPick 01-11-2006 09:33 PM

good stuff bro. are those 370cc injectors "SVO" injectors? I've been looking for a set. Where'd ya get em? But damn... now my 280zx isn't the only one w/ HiD's! ;) oh well... originality can't last forever.

DarrellBuddy321 01-11-2006 09:57 PM

i got the injectors from a friend for free 8 of them actually... already lost one haha... Anyways yea also having hids is the greatest! I can now see the world. But the only problem is that the hids are in the headlight buckets so there is a bit of glare as u can see in the picture agasint my garage. But the hella foglights make a difference also, they are focused to compensate for hids in the middle

i did the shaving of the non esantel parts on the intake but nismopick is right the web part betten the runers were that way factory. but the rest of the shaving and polishing took alot of work but it was worth it.it looks sweet. you should see the timing cover and oil pump i did for him, thoses turnd out sweet also

Whad ya use to pollish? Cuz it's a purdy rough surface as you know! (Hopefully that's not a "secret of the pros")

Lost Vegaz 01-12-2006 10:54 PM

Wow, learn something new everyday. I never seen one like that, just all ways thought they came with the material between the runners. Now I want one

lots of hours sanding to get it smoth. then lots of time with a buffer wheel and lots of pollish. but its worth it. the inside is also done on his intake and the inside of the turbo.

DarrellBuddy321 01-13-2006 12:42 AM

i have an extra n47 intake manifold laying around. Its exactly like the n42 without the webbing but it has egr so u can stay smog legal and have the clean look

ZedZilla 01-13-2006 01:46 AM

It all looks so good. You are really doing a heck of a job with that car. Cant wait to see it all finished up.
