1983 Datsun 280ZX custom exhaust - YouTube

Just a quick clip. I didn't want the neighbours to freak so I only blipped it to 4K but you get the idea. Oh and lol it's been sitting not insured yet so there is a wee bit of moisture from it idling before I took the clip. Good thing this isn't a 3D clip or you'd be wiping wet exhuast off your screen.

Exhaust clip from my NA 280ZX. Replaced stock air intake with MSA CAI. MSA ceramic coated header, MSA aluminumized cat back exhaust, cat delete, muffler replaced with a Walker Ultra Flow 17218 and a different stainless tip.

I like it FricFrac, plus that is a beautiful car. Perfect tires and rims and I love the color of the paint!

 

It's my long term keeper 280ZX. Hopefully swaping in the 3.1L stroker turbo setup in this summer.... we'll see - too many projects

 

kinda raspy for my blood at only 4 k ... tips tend to have that effect ..
slapping an hks muffler/exhuast on mine this weekend should sound like a melody

 

Well I am certainly looking forward to seeing it! Now I want to find a car in that color.. and I do like the idea of a stroker build..

If only we had an unlimited source of cash eh?

 

Nice man. Sounds kinda like my dynomax muffler that msa set in the kit. I'm thinking that when cash flow permits I'm going rb25. They sound very similar. Enough that people won't know I have one
