Well I finally got Skittle running again. Had to put in a new starter and ohhhh does she sound nice with a new one in. I now have to re-align my belts to keep them from squeeling when i hit the gas. During the down time I primered her, did some minor body work and shaved the rear side markers. Next up finish the primer shave the front side markers, sand blast my iron x's and paint them to match. I also have to put in the front struts and springs, wire in an 8-track player and hmmmm get her checked for noxious fumes and registered. whew busy weekend.

yeah 8-track? i am unaware. Thats bad. i'm in the process of shaving my qtr. signal lights also, but for now i have to wait...raining.:wasted:

woah now... I pretty much bagged my 1999 mp3 computer project because it was a bit outdated and you're throwing in an 8-trac player? Come on! My Nintendo ECU and Power glove is high tech compared to that....

yeah, it never got above 45 here, i was still outside working on the z, she's feeling better know but still not perfect...yet.

I have no idea what the temp is here... surrounded by solid concrete walls and 60hz fluorescent lighting. I get here when it's dark and I leave when it's dark... ;(

6 at night and around 30 degrees outside! I hate cold.

An 8-track is so old, they'd probably mistake it for a Nintendo Wii and steal it anyway!

Looking good Skittle, and I see you did the body in gray primer. It looks better, because when people see it. They know the Z is being fixed up. He he. Anyway your green color scheme is unique. Looking forward to the finished product.:)

me too... lol I'm not sure what i should do with the inset parts of the rims. green black or silver?? the lips will be pollished..


Ideas??

hmm, i'm going black or gun metal grey, with a polished or silver lip. Kinda like the mustang bullets....but i'm not sure yet.:paranoid:
