L24 stuff
I got sad when i put a 2+2 clutch and flywheel on there cause i also swaped out my 3.90 for a 3.54. I lost alot of go juice. i also miss my old L28E. 400K miles burnt oil badly. but had lots of power. and it spent 360K of those miles mated to a auto.
Ok got Most of the parts I needed to install on it, I still need to install the S130 oilpan then I have to replace a few rubber lines and the crank pulley and the flywheel then its done. When I took the oil pan off the oil left inside it STUNK BADLY it smell like cigarette smoke @.@ I'm hoping thats just really really old oil smell
Yay for dumb questions! But What do I do about the charcoal canister? Just find a way to hook it up Im guessing?
Now that I may be getting a 280Z, Id rather have that one set up as carbs then my ZX I wish I had two sets of SUs

Ok engine is dropped in all set to go. I didnt put the tranny on so thats next!. fun times.... not. For now I wont have power steering (I just wanna get it running at this point) then I'll get more parts for it later.
Now to install the flywheel/clutch! Pics here soon.

Engine pulled at the junk yard!

Got it in the Z! Yes is leaning back against the firewall. I was tired and didnt care at the point of doing this, at lest I put that rubber hose there so it wouldn't hurt anything

Front view. looks weird w/o the bumper...

What does this do And can I get rid of it?

Engine AND Transmission in the car! was WAY ****ing easier to do then that ****ing Z32!
Now all I need to do is finish hooking things up and install the radiator. tho when I tried to turn over the engine all it would do is click but the starter wouldnt turn at all... I jumped it and it turned fine but idk why It wont work well time to see what was probably fried when the water hit the engine bay...
