I just read this entire thread. I didn't **** my pants until the "like" part a few pages back.

The car is awesome man. It has come a long way. Fix the damn quarter panel. It makes me cringe every time I see it. Think I like your intake manifold most, and still want to know what exactly you had to do to make the header fit, I've got this hooker here and would love to make it work. So I can run 2 3/4" exhaust to a 3" can.
Also the wheels. Love 'em. They look sick. Looks like you've got plenty of parts to pick at on that side of the country, there ain't much of **** in the junkyards around here. Would kill to find a body kit laying out there.
I just hope I have the patience to make it as far as you with my build.
Oh yeah, looked from that first vid, your car took off pretty damn quick. Doesn't seem like mine is that fast. Maybe I'm just too used to V8s.
This is an option, I don't think I could trust my tires if the fender well was scathing away at my side wall.

lmfao my fenders are already rolled. I kind of want to do a tiny tiny pull so I can go lower and not throw smoke off my sidewalls from rubbing so hard haha

I regret doing the header so much, I really wish I had just left it stock manifold until I found a proper 280ZX header (which I have now, just don't wanna go through the trouble of welding the flange on it among other things) you also don't want 2 3/4" pipe, just stick with a 2.5" pipe and be done with it, more than a US-spec NA L will ever need.

yea id also just like to have a skinnier controle arm or at least re work it so it will clear the frame its a lil harnsh when the controle arm hits the framerails. lol but s13 is a good possibility. i have this thing for suspension components they are amazing..lol
I don't know what you're talking about with the control arms hitting the rails. I've laid frame with my car and they didn't hit.
the only things that hit when that happened were the axles hit a small pinch seam way up there, I just hammered that flat and don't worry about it anymore.
