Hey everybody check it out. I just won a brand new never installed dashcap on e-bay. So stoked right now, and it was the main thing I needed to get my interior finished. And I am going to ask their address, so I can go and pick it up, and save on shipping.

Yes that is correct, roughly 50 miles from my place. Still cheaper driving there, than having it shipped. I am leaving here soon, I got it mapped out, and already talked to the seller on the phone.

 

sweet deal i used to live down there well more in Pheonix than Mesa,lol. i lived ummm well past Showcase Honda and ABC Nissan,lol on 12th i think it was i went to school down there @ AAI ( Arizona Automotive Institute,lol) i actually bought my Z while i was in school down there in 97-98,lol paid 1k for her.

 

Post pics after you get the cap fitted. I was considering one for my Z's dash, but wasn't sure of the fitment. I just don't want it to look gaudy and obvious.

 

I just got back from getting the dashcap. It was so long, I had to have my Z wear it home.(it is black in color) It looks like a great tough plastic, and I am sure it will look sweet, after I paint it, and mount it. I will post some pics after it is mounted. But it will be a little bit. I want to get my stereo console finished. And a few other things here and there. And I am thinking of painting the dashcap cobalt metallic blue. (not sure yet though, still in thought)

 

I bought a set of those by mistake. If I wouldn've known I would've sold them to you real cheap. I have them in my house just sitting there; I bought them in black, but later on I found the color I wanted.

 

I may get one just to protect my uncracked original black dash... I wonder what it would cost to ship that from FL n00b?

If you're interested in selling, let me know. I'd like to buy a dash carp to cover the couple of cracks in my dash.
