So under the glove box there is something there like an air box or even looks like the a/c, but the a/c is in the middle. So if anyone knows what it is and if it is safe to take out let me know.

Yup... a/c box. The heater core / control box is in the center.

Time to crack open that dusty Haynes manual or download the FSM: www.xenons130.com/reference

 

I just got done cracking my a/c and heater box open to vacuum out all the dog food and evict the mice!!! Now it blows out hot air again!

 

Ok i found what it was it was the fan in which the fresh air comes in. Not a good explanation but if you know whats connected to the a/c then you will know and thanks for the link NISMOPICK it help alot.
