It sounds to me like it is not running on all 6 cylinders - more like 4. I would try changing the ignition timing just a bit, by moving the distributor just a little bit at a time to see if that improves things. I know you checked the firing order but I would first do that again, and also pull the plugs to see if any look very different from the others. If one or more look suspect, even though they are new - I have had new plugs foul up due to some fuel issue, and not coming back to life and had to replace them again. They are relatively cheap fortunately. You can try putting in a used plug if one of the new ones looks very foul or wet, just to see if it makes any difference. Also, I've had some new parts be bad out of the box, so if you have the old coil I would also swap that back in, see if it improves things. Good luck, keep us posted.

cees-klumper just pulled the plugs the 2 middle cylinders have oil on them... I put some new plugs in there too see if that would help anything ran the same. But I知 starting to think my piston rings might be messed up
I知 gonna do a compression test tomorrow or the next day I値l let you know. Kinda beat from working on this motor at the moment

Hey Taylor, glad I could help yesterday. Don't get into too much trouble with the Z now that it is running right!

kickstand80 came and helped me yesterday and we got it running, a few stupid mistakes on my end.
I over looked the firing order and the the hose to the back of the afm was disconnected. Things I thought I had right so I didn稚 think about. I知 assuming there痴 a vacuum leak somewhere I gotta find cause the idle drop is still there. Also a miss so I知 gonna go over the plugs again. I know the cap still needs to be replaced. I did do the compression test also and had 135s across the board except the two middle cylinders were 140s. Not sure if their high compression cylinders or if they have just survived longer than the rest. Thank you again Craig I can稚 thank you enough. I feel dumb and great at the same time!
