Greetings, I have looked everywhere. I now these are not compatible but I am looking at a set of ttop glass but the seller doesn’t know what car they came from. But he says he knows 80-83. I have a coup.
Any thoughts on how I could tell? Or tell him what to look for? He found them in a storage building. I hope the link below takes you to the glass.

So no way to tell the difference between 2+2 ttop glass and a coup ttop? Measurements? I’ve read the 2+2 is bigger glass but I don’t know how to tell that from a pic on Craigslist. Any other tale tale signs?

Huh, I didn't realize the glass was a different size for the 2+2. Yeah the car has a longer roofline overall, but in all the pictures I've seen it looks like the t-tops still stop right at the B pillar and there's just more steel roof behind them. I honestly would have never guessed there was a difference, wouldn't have even thought twice about what they came from before buying them.

Why don't you just measure yours and have him measure the ones he's selling. If they're the same in every way then they'll fit your coupe regardless of which one they came off of. Seems pretty simple honestly.

I know it's been a while and this is an old post but hey maybe they're still available and you still are considering buying them (or just for future reference if anyone has a similar dilemma)
