I lost my Chilton's and Factory Service manual. Can anyone tell me what size these are? I need them because I'm leaking bad, and I'm overheating.

 

Just take it off and bring it to napa, or any car parts store, they'll be able to match it up.

 

standard heater core size hose, i wanna say about 1/2 inch oe 3/4 inch. why? if you want to replace it just disconnect it and take it to an auto parts store, they will have it. just remember there is fluid in there so have a plug ready or drain the radiator.

The vertical hose shattered (yes, shattered it was THAT old that it shattered instead of broke)

As for the horizontal one I think I have the right size 5/8 but I'm not sure.

 

measure the diameter of the metal tube it connects to. The rubber "heater hose" will be sold in ID measurements. (inside diameter)

Okay, you know that hose runs less than $2.00 a foot for bulk hose. $1.29 in Sac CA a foot, and it looks like 1/2 or 5/8...
