anyway how much do ya think it might be worth ? pics in the garage//

here is whats goin on with the hole car
complete engine and head rebuild at 158,000 it have 198,xxx now
new or rebuilt everything
has everything, dig dash, and A/c and all works
new clutch 3,xxx miles ago
interior is in perfict condition
new tire,brakes,ball joints,even T-tops
the only thing it might need n the future is paint it is faded a little on the hood and a small spot on the rear hatch..the rest of the paint is in great shape..

If the car is in that good of shape it's worth more than $3500. I'd go $4000-$4500, but if you've got some rust and such the $3000-3500 is good depending on the amount of rust. Of course this also depends on where you live. Washington may be a lot different than NC.

Well, you might want to post for sales in the MARKETPLACE (I'm sure it will be moved there shortly) and posting pics of the body & engine would be good too... not too many people interested in a car they can't see

dude, get your legs broke first if ya need money, or have money trouble, you will have trouble finding a nice condition z if you get rid of yours. hope it works out, but try to save the z, and let the legs go.

its not for sale "YET" just askin right now
anyway there is almost no rust in or around the car at all.. one small spot next to the taillight but its only small surface.. it just peeled the paint in a 1"x2"in spot.
fenders the pan is clean and rust free..
this is why I said 3 to3500$ or more..if repaint 4Gs easy.. its that nice and I have had quite a few cars in my time..

I've noticed one thing when looking for a older Z...rusted frame rails. Most definitly depends where you're located it seems. Cars on the coast and north with snow have it bad, compared to ones in say Arizona and Nevada. That's just what I've seen. I bought mine for $2000 as you see below, cuz of the rusted frame rail I talked him down in price. He wanted $4500. He also had amp, two 8 inch (I believe) subs, speakers...the whole nine when it came to sound system, but I told him he can keep all that. One day I want to get that frame rail fixed.

ya the car looks clean. Polish the hood out and $4000 is about right. Datsuns are more plentiful in the northwest... but that is a clean looking turbo Z by the pics.

Valve cover is in the middle. where most of the heat is. That spot needs extra care.
