what is better for a custom fuel rail: a 14mm rail- $105, or 11mm rail- $105 i will be using stock injectors for now..

Your stock bosh injectors are barbed stlye. The 14 and 11mm rails are to upgrade to the more modern o-ring stlye injectors. They have smooth bored holes for the o-rings to seal against that are 14 or 11mm diameter.

If your upgrading to o-ring injectors it's good to source a set first then get the rail that they fit.

If you want a billet fuel rail with stock injectors look for a barbed fuel rail.
