Flasher / Hazard Flasher?
 

Working on an 83 zx (still) and cannot find the turn signal flasher. Where are these located? Also do the 83 cars just use one flasher for both the turn signals and hazard, or do they use two units - one for flasher and one for hazards? Can't find anything under the dash. I know the older cars (pre ZX) used two units.

Yeah, they should be under the driver side part of the dash. Somewhere near the top, actually middle. Kind of hard to explain, and they are mounted on clips kind of hidden away. Best way to find them, would be to stick your head on the floorboard, and look up with a flashlight. Hope that helps, good luck.
