Everyone should be able to answer this...

Ok, I'm due for new plugs. What I want to know is what plugs you run, what they cost, and how often you need to change them to keep performance up. I've been running Bosch Platinums for awhile and need to change them every 6 months or so. Money isn't TOO big a deal, but I don't really want to spend $30 for a set either. I'd like to get some NGK Platinums, so tell me what you think. Your input is appreciated...

I was running bosch platinums in my 240Z, and then switched over to the ngk bp6es, and I noticed a difference in the performance between the two. To me, the z felt more responsive with the ngk, and it just seemed to perform better.

Standard NGK plugs are the only way to go. You can spend five times as much money on other plugs that won't work as good as the standard NGK. I really don't recommend using bosch. If you had a European car, bosch would be the only way to go... not so for the Z. Save yourself some money, and give your car what it want's at the same time. N G K

So, don't worry about getting platinums, just a standard NGK then?! Sounds good to me. I'll try those out and see what happens and let you know...

Thanks
