i dont think theres anywhere you can get that for your car.. your prolly gonna have to get that custome made.. but why??? IMO your not going to get any performance gain from that...if your looking for performance from your 79 n/a.. id get head work done on your car... port and polish your head.. get a set of headders.. and a mild cam.. and you should see a hugr improvement on your power... just a sudjestion...

MSA just start selling the aluminum drive shart for $399. If you want to keep your engine stock, and you want to get more power in the take off, do the follow:
Lighter Flywheel
Center Force Dual Clutch
Lighter wheels (could be expensive)
Cold Air Inductor
Lighter Flywheel
Center Force Dual Clutch
Lighter wheels (could be expensive)

ive already got a performance cam port matched intake manifold headers full exhaust ram air intake weber big bore throttle body r200 rearend with 3.54:1 gears and the engine bored to 3.1 litres but i am swapping out my automatic to a 5 spd and need a new driveshaft do i figured y not go aluminum if its already made

Go visit your local driveshaft shop and check into what it would cost just to have one made. Surely you could get it done for less then what MSA is asking. Too bad no one makes aluminum axle shafts for these. There is a ton of weight to be saved there!
