blower motor issues?
 

on my 81 280zx 2+2 i am trying to make my blower motor work and i went through the troubleshooting steps in the service manual and nothing worked and according to the steps i have a defective blower motor.. but when i removed the blower motor and put to wires directly to the battery it worked and actually pretty fast. so my question is is there something I am missing my relay and my amplifier seem to working fine. any ideas or suggestions?
