that yall could help me locate would be awesome. i own a '79 280zx Non-Turbo 5 speed that is finally comming out of storage after almost 7 years :038: inside a building. the first thing i need is a battery and a driveshaft, im not too sure if the non turbos have the same tranny as the tubo's do. the turbos have a Mustang style tranny in them,dont they? i looked for a classified section on the forums and was unable to locate it, i looked under market place but all i found was a tab called " group buys" clicked it and nothing happened,lol. im deff. not tryn to be one of those guys that only sell stuff on here, i just need to buy stuff,lol. i wasnt sure if the classifieds are locked untill certai number of posts have been made or not thats all. well thanks again guys/gals, it wil be nice to have her back and running.

why do you think the driveshaft is bad? They usually last forever.
I think I have a 2-seater NA driveshaft.

Yes the turbos have a different driveshaft to match the T5 transmission. It is the same gear desgin as the T5 used in the Mustangs but don't go pulling Mustang transmissions thinking it'll go in your Z. it won't

click and release on the Marketplace icon. Dont' use the dropdown box.
