Hi guys
I might buy a 1980 280zx turbo engine for my car from the junk yard. I know that the 1981zx is the one to have becuase of the block F54. Is there a diffence in the turbo from a 80 to a 82 and will it fit on a P90 head and the bock.

no, 1981 is the one to have because it is the first year of the turbo. Be sure you're not just buying the plastic fuel injector cooler. I've heard people say that was a turbo.
