280zx injectors cooling fan
I was removing my valve and then took off the the injector cooling fan for cleaning and was wondering if it mattered if i just didnt put it back on

Only if the temp gauge gets over half way (~220*F+).

Only if it's a hot summer day and you're stuck in LA stop and go traffic then turn your engine off you "might" vapor lock and not be able to restart the car until it cools down. Otherwise it's not terribly effective.

If you manage to get vapor lock with an EFI motor, I'd be amazed.

I've done it. Bag of ice on the fuel rail for about 2 minutes. Back in business. |

Something wrong with kick-on for my aux fan. I just rigged up a small black momentary switch under my dash to ground from the temp. sending line, works every time if I can ever remember to use it. |

Works great but the FSM wiring diagrams are wrong for both Z31 and 280zx.

injector cooling fan install on 78 z
really want to install this fan on my L28 78 Z....got the fan off e bay and it bolts right up...but what parts do I need to get it wired correctly. Any advise is great....before you ask, NC car, say it get's hot here come July and Aug
