1983 ZX v-8 engine swap!!!

Where would I be able to find information about a V-8 conversion for my 83 280zx turbo.I was thinking of using a 351 with a T-5 5 speed tranny. What other Engine and tranny combos are there. "note: I want to stay with a manual tranny:"
