Hey the other nite i tried to install a new cd player and speaker system in my 79 280zx and when i pulled the cassete player the previous owner had installed all the wriing was kinda chopped and screwed and none of the wires were labeled. i dunno if anyone has installed a cd player in their 280zx but we had alot of trouble figuring out which wire coming from the dash was the hot wire. so would someone please tell me which color wire is the hot wire and the ground wire thanks alot

 

use a light tester.. thats the best way to find the hot wire and the acc wire.. you can also find the illum wire with that too..
