Im doing this to my NA, its gonna cost A HELL OF ALOT, but im willing because
a) i want a fast car
b) i want to redo everything RIGHT WAY
c)i want to see if i can actualy pull it off and have my first turbo car.

ZXT exhaust manifold
T03/04 garret turbo
P90 head
TB spacer
440cc Injectors
Inter cooler
255lph Fuel Pump
Fuel Management
BOV valve
POP off Valve
Waste Gate
IC piping
Fuel rail
New fuel lines
Vacuum hoses
Copper Head Gasket
Boost Gauge
Internals
FPR

If you want to upgrade right away...go with a t3/t04B bolts on, or t04E needs a half inch spacer, or if you want to go for a stock turbo then get yerself a t3 garret and put that in...this way you can find alot of parts from stock turbo's (injectors, pumps, computer etc.) if you decide to go with a bigger turbo...you will have to buy everything i put down (unless i forgot something, if i did add it to the list cuz ill need it :) )

Itīs going to cost beetween 100$ and 15 000$ depending on how serious you wanna get. You can just bolt on a turbo on a stock N/A engine and provide extra fuel via a few cold-start-injectors ( Volvo:s works great) controlled by a pressure switch (Saab 900 turbo has one that you can adjust). With this setup you can run low boost and get a little extra power (up to around 200hp) at a low cost approx 100$. This is not a safe setup, but most likely it will be pretty safe if you are careful and the engine is in good shape. If you want to spend a few extra bucks and get some more power i would use a rising rate fpr instead of cold start injectors. That will be a lot safer as well.

If you want even more power then you will need an ic and a better way to provide fuel and control the ignition-> Megasquirt, haltech,etc..

Good luck!
