twin turbos.

this looks like a twin turbo l28 but I can't find any info about it just the pic. Has anyone heard of a twin turbo set up?

There are a couple of set ups that i have seen. They are made with a custom mainifold, and whatever turbos you want

Do a search on HybridZ.org to find info

Here's a few pics I came across in my search for info over the last year.
They're not all from the same car but they are all twin turbo L28 blocks.

That is nice.

Do you know how much HP that thing puts out?

Fredrik 12-08-2004 01:15 AM

He is still working on it, but somewhere around 350hk DIN at the crank is expected at first whith low boost.

Most people who go through the work to put twin turbos on the L28 put out 500-600hp.

This is the first startup iīm talking about and iīm talking about DIN not SAE that you still use most of the time in the US (canīt figure out why). Example: my 280zx -80 has 170hp SAE = 136hp DIN. He will increase boost as he goes along but it is stock pistons so I donīt think he will be putting out more than a bit over 400hp without replacing theese.
