I mean, I understand how they work, and have some very expierenced people helping me restore the car, so it shouldn't be too much of a task, I was just wondering if my logic was right.

no, that is a fantacy. Power costs money.

If you run a 300 shot of nitrous, you can make one quarter mile run with 420hp and fry your engine. That can be bought for $1500. Although, you might not make it through the entire run...

Haha! If I could reliably squeeze 400-plus mini stallions from my Zed, I would already have a For Sale sign on my Rx7 ... but since that won't happen ...

Bleach is right.. I amcurrently building a L3.0 for less than 3000.00 But I am getting all kinds of free and real cheap work/parts.. My goal is 450WHP and I am cutting it close.

Exactly. I am doing every thing out side the engine Turbo system design for intercooler set up, all the accessories, the SDS and I just found out I need to rebuild my head when I get back from FL. My friend ran out of time, but thats not too hard at least he got the bottom end done. but the majority of my work is either free, 1/2 off or just parts. {the parts are a cost}

It should hold up fine if you dont go crazy on the boost. But again the compression will be higher so be careful.

no, he said '79 block (dished pistons) with P79 head. this will give him the same compression as a stock turbo engine.
The P79 and P90 have the same cc chambers.
