So...
So...
Drove the car home last night after buying it...did just perfectly.
Started right up this morning.
Driving...and clutch pedal is on the floor before I meet resistance and...you guessed it...Really fun time shoving the car into gear. No grinding noise though...
So, I figure the Slave is a goner. At least that is my guess so...how hard is that to do on one's own with a 280z?

need 2 ppl to bleed it. they just bolt off the side of the tranny. 2 bolts (12mm) and a rubber hose. then bleed it and follow the haynes manual on doing so, its kinda like changing a brake caliper

But...we will see today =D
Last night pumping the pedal resulted in good pressure and resistance.

Yeah bleed it..that is what it sounds like. Then if that don't work..then get new one. Set me back for less than $20 or so. Anyway believe it or not. I bled my slave cylinder by myself..and just using my little wrench to do it. I didn't have a choice and decided to give a it shot. Worked out well...and my clutch doesn't travel or slip at all. Of course..some of that has to do with. Me having a Centerforce clutch pressure plate. heh heh
