Hey All,

I'm having some trouble with with my blower motor for the heater and ac. I turn the switch to the right, the on position, and no air. You can't hear the blower moving...so it doesn't move. The you go over a hard bump and it starts blowing. I took apart the panel underneath the glove box door and tapped on the blower with a screwdriver when it wasn't blowing, just to see if anything happens... and low and behold it starts blowing. In the morning I go to warm her up and no air. I suspect a loose connection but it could be the blower. Oh by the way...it's been going on for a few weeks. I need my defrost in the morning... Any opinions. I would have started working on it a while a go, but those 12 hour days keep me busy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Trace the wires into the fan and look for shorts, start wiggling them, find the problem area. Hardest part is getting under the dash.
