Ok peeps, check it out. My new years resolution was to get me '83 n/a street legal by my b-day...September 1st. However, here in Dallas, we need to pass emitions testing, which means a new muffler.
I want to go with a Dynaflow, but it may be cost prohibitive. I'm looking at getting just a glass pack to get me through and carry me over 'till I can afford a custom job with a nismo header.
Sound like an ok thing to do, or will I be just another loud "ricer"?

a glass pack will be fine for now... dont worry.. they wont sound to bad ive got a glass pack in mine... and it dont sould too bad at all.. most people dont even know it.. and trust me.. its gonan be hard to get a Z to sould like a lil 4 banger civic with coffee can for an exhaust...

i got a borla and wow it sounds so sweet and deep
i got no CAT so its straight pipe 2.5 od and it sounds nice....
they dont have IN OUT on those borlas?? cuz it doesnt say anything and it seems same going both ways...

You fit a Borla dual under there? What did you have to move?

no its not a dual its a single straight trough muffler....
