heater control valve
 

my heater controll valve just went out :mad: and am in the process or replacing. I cant find it hardly anywhere but for one site, www.autopartsgiant.com . I thought I would poste this for anyone else who is having trouble finding it since none of the local parts dealers can get it.

Wow! thank you! I have been looking for the heater hose combo under the dash for a couple of weeks. These guys look like they may have it. I am about to swap out the Auto Climate for a manual system and figured I would changeout everything that could go wrong under there...take the dash out just once.

ok now I have a question. Is this the vacume controlled one? and if not where can i get one? nissan wants 120 for the auto climate! The guy at the parts desk said they maid 3 diffrent ones, a manual one, a vacume one, and one that looks like its vacume but isnt. I really dont want to pay 120 for a valve but am gonna need my heater when winter rolls back around.

I'm not aware of a third, but I know that the ACC is controlled all by vacuum.

sorry tu8ezx the site that i forund that valve on no longer can get it! I called today to confurm it was the vacume controled one and the guy said they couldnt get them anylonger. so If you happen to find one please give me a holler.
