another stupid injector question
alright i need to get rid of my body bleeders before i pass out at the wheel from vapos wofting into the cabin. aparently the 79 and earlier injectors will bleed like a stuck pig and is a common problem....news to me but thats the info i gathered.
i have to use whats available to me so i was wondering if i am going to have any issue going from stock injectors to injectors from a mid to late 80's VG motors...N/A single hose of course i think if there is a differents its going to be up 10cc's to 280cc. i'm gonna replace the whole set, dont imagine thing will work to well if theres mixed injectors in there. i would opts for new ones but considering the price per set i would rather get a shock/spring set which is also needed and not available at a local yard |
The 300ZX n/a injectors will work. I replaced the injectors on my 83' 2+2 N/A way back when with injectors from an N/A 300ZX. The only problem is that the injectors are still pretty much the same and if they haven't already, they will probably start leaking soon.

they shouldnt be so bad if they were replaced durring the recall, i am tempted to pull them out of my maxima but i need to sell it and it'd be hard to sell a car with no injectors.
