yes that will give you the T3/T4 hybrid if mated to your T3. But I dont recommend buying stuff like that from ebay.

Yeah, you always have to be careful when buying on eBay. I always read all feedback on sellers, and have bought/sold over 366 items on eBay, with no problems, including returns. This seller does have an excellent rating, but under "General Information", it states "All sales are final, no returns or exchanges". That's a lot of money to pay for something that's not returnable.

Feedback can be very deceitful in its appearance. Especially when dealing with something like this. You'll notice 99% of those feedbacks say either fast shipping or that they got the product they were promised. None say "hey I installed this turbo conversion kit on my car and it's now lasted me more then 5k miles."

Get my point
At that point feedback is pretty much done and over with so you never get to know if the product itself is of good quality and will actually endure being run on the car. All's feedback for a product like that tells you is if the seller ships promptly and actually ships what he has pictured in the auction. Thats really it. So please, be leary of buying stuff like this on ebay. This isnt a muffler that might sound a little funny at worst or have a ding in it. This is a precision peice of hardware we're talking about. A LOT can go wrong when dealing with turbos.

A turbocharger is one thing I won't buy on ebay. I have two local turbo shops that I deal with for turbocharger units and upgrades. Plus they have warranties. Contact a local turbo shop in your area & talk to them about upgrading your turbo, or buying a new unit.
Yes... that kit is bigger than the stock 280zx T3... but you can deffinately find them cheaper than $189 + $10 shipping on ebay (tho they still aren't trustworthy). Again I say: Call a local turboshop

A lot of places will mail you a kit or you can even just send your turbo in and have them do the conversion for you. Just find the closest place with a decent reputation. An easy way to find a turbo shop is to go get in touch with a turbo manufacturer and ask them where their closest distributor to you is located. Most major manufacturers will have a list of dealers right there on there website.

Another source is the phonebook. Try www.yellow.com or www.google.com
