its easy just drain and fill i think my 88 turbo took almost 4 quarts for diff and tranny but yours might take less just buy the fluid and a pump of sorts cause its a pain in the **** to try and fill it with just the bottle there are two bolts on your tranny and diff one to drain one to fill just drain with the bottom plug put it back in take out the fill plug and fill till it starts leaking out or put your finger in the hole and feel if it's full thats all there is to it. and there is manual trans fluid or just gear oil is fine check xenons130 for type and weight.

www.xenons130.com It's also in the Haynes manual.

I personally prefer the Redline MT90 for the five speed and IIRC Redline 90-140 for the diff. Make SURE that you run GL-4 only in your tranmission other wise the sulfur in the GL-5 will eat away any yellow metal in your tranny (eg syncros, etc).
