Question What to do with OEM rotors and pads?

If I buy new rotors and pads, can't I just slap them on the car?
Do I have to have the rotors turned first, or should they be ready to go? This is just for a plain OEM style. Not slotted or cross-drilled.

Bleach,
Just install them clean them off with some brake cleaner to make sure you get all the finger and hand crude off them and go have fun. I would driver around a bit and do about 20 or so firm brake
stops with them to bed them a bit.

I have new Nismo pads , shoes and braided steel lines coming for
my car next week. Thanks Yuichi and Strictlyz for that
