recommendations for rims and tires

I have a non-turbo 82 280zx and I'm looking for a set of rims for my car. I was thinking of going with a 15x7 or 15x8. What would be a good brand? I know that I can't just get any rim for this particular car so can anybody recommend some rims? thanks

You are correct. You need rims with a 4x4.5(114.3mm) bolt circle and a zero offset.

If you want to go NisMo, a nice set of Panasports will do the trick:

If you want something old school, a set of Centerline's is always nice:

Then there are always a bunch of generic 'Z' wheels for sale on eBay in various sizes:

Although you can easily do an 8" wide wheel on the rear, 15x8 will be too big for the front unless you have a coil-over setup. I would go with 15x7 or 16x7 all the way around. This will make it easier to rotate as well.
