Hey
peeps! I have done some body work to my car, and during the snding there were areas I had to take to the metal, question is when I put the primer on the spots that went to the metal ther is now a noticable difrents in depth, and will be noticable when I do the paint job. Do any of you have pointers on how to eaisily or affectivly fix this problem? I figured I would have to coat those areas with a lot of primer but I don't know. thanks guys. |
You can use primer filler. It is labeled as such on the cans and is supposed to go down a little more thick than regular primer. Several coats of that and a careful block sanding accross the area should get it smooth. A thin layer of bondo will also do the trick.... or take the entire car down to metal! :D
