I'll break it down how I rank it:
As far as ease of disconnecting everything so that the engine can removed: Piece of cake.
As far as getting the engine out and back in the engine compartment: Not THE easiest I've ever done but it's still up there as one of the easiest I've done.
As far as Getting the damn thing to bolt back up to the mounts: Not too difficult. It's lenght makes it a little more difficult to line up by oneself then a shorter more balanced motor but all in all this wasn't very difficult either.
All in all, if you've pulled an engine before then this one will be a cake walk as long as you dont break any bolts or anything like that. If it's your first attempt then it's still not that big of a deal and is probably a pretty good engine to learn on since theres not a lot of electronics and wiring to get mixed up when reinstalling. If you've got the tools, the time, and a buddy (just in case) then I say go for it. Get a manual before hand though incase you lose track of where something goes or can't figure out why somethings still stuck.

and to be honest i'm kinda scared to fool with it now that i have got it to run decent.
i do have acsess to a lift, cherrie picker, ext. so pulling it don't worrie me that much, i'm more conserned about geting every thing hooked back up right.
Not too hard of a project. I pulled the old motor from my driver and replaced it with the rebuilt motor that was in my parts car (which was my driver until a lady bent the frame). First thing i did was take overhead pics of the engine bay so that when i went to hook it all back up i could look at the pics in exploded view and could tell where all the hoses etc had gone before. That came in handy, since this was my first motor swap and we pulled the motor one weekend and pulled the other motor the next weekend and installed it the next. Things get cold when you don't go right out and right back in. My son and his friend helped me, which made it easier. I say go for it !
