They must have some built up rage for me that they never mentioned. The best part about it all was that they came down to where I was painting so they were breathing the fumes.

and good job on the wheels. i would have charged more than a dinner lol!

I didn't end up trying the rag thing since I was only being paid a dinner

he wants me to paint his valances now
*strokes chin* I have to think of something more than a dinner
wheels look nice
sucks aboutthe owl ladies, but be nice to them b/c technically painting @ home with most base/clear systems is illegal and they could get the epa and many angry boulderites after ya, I'm suprised they didn't start spouting off about the poor lil groundhogs.
tell your buddy that you will paint his valence for a two day lift ticket to Aspen - where the beer flows like wine

is it mouse? or is it moose?
and profesionals to use tack cloth as far as ive ever seen, its not wiped its lightly taken across the surface so it picks up the dust that settled between wiping it down. it doesnt really leave any residue unless you really wipe it

how would you paint the rims only with a clear gloss? would it be the same process without the priming? would rustoleum be a sufficient spray paint? my rims are original-1983 280zx--pitted, whitish in some spots where i did my best sanding off the clear coat. shine could be a lot better.
suggestions?
