Thumbs up my paint...

Well i just recently had my z painted at maaco in sacramento. Ive heard good and bad about maaco but my car came out perfect! I bought the best single stage paint job they offered. Also paid for the best prep. The paint job matters, but i think prep is even more important. If you have them prep it (I had em: fill dings, primer, hand & machine sand everything) be sure to circle the dings you want fixed. Spend a good time doing this viewing your car at every angle. I've noticed i missed a few. They warned me about painting dark colors but i went with a metallic black. It has a little bit of a blue-green shine. It turns heads with the paint msa 4pc. aero kit, f40 wing an light covers. Ill try for pics soon. Where do ya live in norcal? hope i helped...too bad maaco doesnt pay me for advertising..

BTW..

Oh i forgot $....
The door jams and other openings(hood/enginebay,hatch) are $50 each. My entire paint job was $600 square out the door. I didn't have my jams painted. I caught a special sale package for the paint 'n prep. Keep an eye out they have a lot of good deals. Possibly the best thing to do would be to stop around shops check prices get brochures and check out the cars they painted that are usually sitting in the lot.

GL!
