Door Internals
hey guys, i got a 280zx from a local junkyard for 200 bucks, im fully restoring it, but ive run into a problrm. i dotn know how in the heck to get out all those door internals so i can put them in a new door. any feedback is appreciated
take the glass out first... you can do so my getting the glass half way up so the you can access the bolts that hold it on... then you can take out the motor... its really not too hard to do....
yeah i done it many times.....
just as i put everything together my sister "closes" the door and there goes my window into milliom pieces (a while ago)
anyways just be patient take one thing at a time do not force anything....
if the door is off the car and you have power windows you will need the battery just to get the window where you want it so you can unscrew it.....
the folding brackets when your taking those out if its not going then try and fold em different way or different angle and try again...
have fun its not that hard at all when you figure out how to do it
i had fun the first time oh boy...hehe

hey guys, after my post, i wen tdownstairs, and my pops had taken ou tthe window, after that it was smooth sailing. getting the wiring aroudn those holes was probably the hardest part, and it only took a minits or two. now, i just need to attach all the goodies
