chrome windshield molding

Hi there...is there a way I can put back my chrome windshield molding without it flying off again. It's lost somewhere between Richmond And Petersburg, VA. :( I have a new one and tried to put it on, but doesn't look like it'll hold another trip like that again. I'm sure if I hits the speeds I was traveling it'll surely fly off again. The molding fit perfectly, but I'm not confident it'll hold again. It's too easy to come off, just lifting it with my picky finger. Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

See if you can find new clips that hold the pieces on. These break sometimes and shold be replaced if yours is falling off. Try Motorsport or Victoria British.........

These clips...I see them. Are they easy to put in or do you have to take the windshield out to do this? Thanks...

You should be able to replace them although it may be kinda hard to get old ones out that are stuck in the windshield goo.

Thanks...I have one broken clip and yes it is in there deep. I'd hate to go to a windshield shop just to get that done. :( Thanks Jimmys83Z for the help.
