Ok, let me say first that I am not a fan of amber or red dash lights. As it is, our 280zx's have an amber/reddish color to the dash illumination. On my 1982 280zx I removed all the orange covers from the dash bulbs that were so marked on the back of the dash circuit board which made the dash lights more of a yellow/white color...which I liked, however, I am old school with dash light colors and prefer green. I searched and searched for the right bulbs...which by the way are number 194 and colored covers and found nothing that would work correctly or fit. Well I found a site that offers Blue, Green, White, Purple, Amber and Red colored glass bulbs...not covers for the bulbs...you can get LED's or regular colored glass bulbs for our gauge clusters. The bulbs are available in regular (factory) or non fading.
