Ah, funny stuf, these were my favourites:
1.You see cars like yours in a Shriner's Parade for Children and clowns are driving them.
2.You put your automatic car in neutral at every stoplight in order to roll it back and try to fool other people into thinking you have a manual

I am on both ends of this Ricer vs. Bogans deal . I grew up on the big V8
cars and spent alot of time at the drag strip when I was younger.
I just like cars !!!!!! Well and also other stuff [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]

it just makes me annoyed when they bag clear lenses when they are standard on a fairlady .. 280hp ... i bet a 240Z with 280hp will give a lot of V8's a good run for their money and that you must have huge torque figures !!! i know i like my power not all down the bottom cause i like to do more than wheels spin ... a lot of the older V8 commodores n stuff in australia are slow anyway ..

I had the torque / horsepower discussion with my Autocross buddies the
other day. I think a 240 with over 250 RWHP in an autocross car on
race 275/45/16's radials would be at the traction limits on corner exit.
My friend autocrosses a 510 (Bluebird) with an L20B in it and does very well,
he says he even spins the tires alot on corner exit with 140 HP. He beats all the turbo
Eclipses with their all wheel drive.
Unless you drag race with slicks to much HP can actually hurt you [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

The Z has class an even weight distrubtion sexy looks.
Some people make Z's into rice cars but that's probably cause there cheap to buy in poor condition and alot of young fella's think rice is cool until they learn about what makes a car practical and fun to drive.
I was the same I used to like the big spoilers etc. I wanted to stick a whale tale on my Z shame on me.

deros, dropkicks, etc. yeah. Then you get the P plater commodore drivers (don't take this as me being biased against P platers, as I am one as well) who think they are up and coming gangsters. They all can't drive. The bussiness men commodore drivers are alright though

Anytime a mustang or camero gives me any [censored].. I take them on a nice canyon road and out drive the hell out of them. As i wait for them to finnally get to the end I just say rice rocket huh I just kicked the living [censored] out of you and didnt even break a sweat or traction.

Here's one for ya, I take the Z to a Jr. High Youth Group outing (that we help with) the other night at our church. 2 or 3 of the kids were talking about how cool it looked and asked what kind of car it was...I had to explain the whole Datsun to Nissan thing and they had never even heard of a Z car PERIOD including the Z32s...man I felt old

hahahah you dont want to see it its povo !!! it's a 2 door commodore..... for all you guys over there ... that is a 4 door family sedan.... with a 3.8L V6 or LS1 (you can get a supercharged 6 as well). Although you will probably get a better spec version, the reviews on our's was loud slow and uncomfortable....
