My 74 (witch still has flat top carbs) is idiling at about 1800 rpms

and will not idle down also when you let out the cluch to start off

it starts to break up but once you get going it is fine its only at l

ow rpms in first . The gas is freash all the vacume hoses are on

properly and i just gave it a tune up (wich helped the breaking

up a little bit) I really have no clue on what the problem is.

Please Help!!
