I have one of these switches in my glovebox, and I have no idea what it goes to. Any ideas?

 

Sorry, you'll have to trace the wires out. That's not a stock switch. The previous owner (PO) may have installed fog lights or an electric fan and had to wire in an additional switch.

At least they picked a discreet place to put it. Nothing worse than finding a big hole in an otherwise pristine console for a switch.

 

Looks like a semi inconspicuous spot for a kill switch.

 

I've seen them on multiple cars, such as my friend's jeep, and the Z you see above (which isn't mine, I just used that pic as an example). I did used to have fog lights at one time, but my father took them off because he didn't like them, and I think the wiring went with the lights.

 

It is for the wine chiller and champange glasses.....or the automatic panty remover who knows!!!!! Be imagitive when explaining it to people.

 

You know, you may just be right! I've noticed that the Z tends to attract women like crazy...maybe that's part of it's power!

I was cruising down in Sunrise in my Z last night, since I finally got a chance to drive it again, and I had girls galore looking at me and smiling. I stopped to get gas and these girls got off the road and pulled into the gas station and were giggling and laughing. I've got to take my girlfriend out there with me next time, and then see if they laugh.
