VIN #'s
Hi all
Just picked up a new 240Z to add my collection, but im unsure of the year. In the newspaper add it was advertised as a 1970 model and in my excitement before i handed over the $$$ i forgot to actually check which year it was *stupid me*. So when i went to pay the rest of the cash I thought I'd better check. The plate that has the year model on it is missing, it has '72 reclinable seats in it and is VIN# 11250 (close to anyway).
The reason i bought this car is that the engine number matches the plate in it and everything else seems to be original on it and the rust is not too bad all for $800.
