valve springs

What are some good high performance valve springs for a good price and where can I get them??

I got MSA springs and retainers. When I bought it, it was the cheapest that I found. lash pads are cheaper at courtisy Nissan or Nissan Motorsports

Was the spring rate higher for the MSA springs than stock?

yes, I think it was like 90lb/ft in the seat.
