Totaled hers, dented mine.
IM doing like 45 and this woman pulls out right into the side of my 76 280z. i could look at hers and tell it was totaled, but she hit me near the passenger rear tire, that quarter panel well it only dented it, but i wasn't looking at it very closely. when i took a closer look when i got home, the tire was kicked out at the bottom, like the camber was off, bad. well i took off the axle, and Jesus, IM glad i did. one good dumping of the clutch and i would have been **** up a creek. So anyway, I guess my general question is, when I go to get another axle, do you guys think id need anything else?...i mean looking at the car, I see nothing bent I think, and nothing broken. What should I be looking for? Any tips? And how do you adjust the camber on these cars?

If I were you I'd take it to a shop to get an estimate done. Since your half shaft is toast, you can get a replacement from a junkyard relatively cheap, I'd assume.
The worse part is if your stub axle got damaged, and there is an inner and outer bearings for the stub axle. Unfortunately, all this ****'s expensive. The bearings alone with a seal will run you about 60 bucks. BCA makes good bearings, made in japan. You can order them from www.partsamerica.com. Double check to make sure everything spins freely without a lot of play, and without resistance. Watch for any grinding noise, and grease leaks.
To answer question about the camber adjustment - you can't adjust camber/toe/caster on the rear in stock form. You can cheat and slot the top strut mount holes, so the strut can slide about 1/2". that will net about .5* camber change max.
