tires leaning inward...
I just got done replacing all my front bushings and new tie rods. Now my front wheels seem to be leaning a bit inward, tires look a little low on pressure but i don't think they are low enough to make that big of a difference. i need to get it aligned but is there anything else i should look at?
Thanks, jr260z |
Re: tires leaning inward...
do stock cars come with adjustable cambers? it can be it was set wrong. Or you screw the wheel in uneven, did you use the correct pattern while putting your wheels on?

Re: tires leaning inward...
as far as i know stock z's don't have adjustable cambers, and i did use the correct bolt pattern i believe, could the tie rods possibly not be adjusted right?

Re: tires leaning inward...
i have no idea..I dont know much about tires.
my best bet is, the tie rod may be alittle differn't then the stock one. or else its the bushings, they might be too soft or something. 1974 junkyard 260Z 100% Junk Will be restored to a new car by next year.
Edited by lil_racer_tony on 08/02/02 06:55 PM.
|
