I'm guessing that when you replaced the head gasket that you dropped and replaced the timing chain?
So that is probably your problem. either you didnt' get the marks lined up on the chain and the sprocket or you just got the oil pump set in one tooth off.
If you have a timing light, how far off is your igntion timing? Or does it even run?

told you people would help.......last night he said he had to run in on ether and it misfired every second.......
