Swapping 240z bumpers

Can I change the bumpers on my 280z to a 240z?

Anyone swap the lights, etc?

Yes you can. There are a few good threads on the bumper swap. Use the "search" function at the top of web page to access the posts. Use bumpers or 240 bumpers for your word search.
