Swapping a 240sx TB.. H E L P!

I need some help on a tb project.. I've found a 240 sx 60mm tb, from an '89 240... and I want to upgrade it into my '79 280zx. I noticed the butterfly.. tps and setup are quite different. Including that the 240 probably needs a spacer (looks to be a smaller fit than the stock 54mm tb). Okay, from the look of the 240, there is some erratic hose/wires.. one of which is obviously the tps, which I'm not sure if i can mount correctly as the stock tps since the tb alignment seems a little different. Another would be the cold start valve I presume...? The 240 looks a bit smaller here. Really I'm wondering what I need to keep from the 280zx, and what I must install from the 240sx along with the tb. Also the dismemberment of the 280/mounting of the 240 procedure. The Haynes manual includes instructions on removing the stock, but I am wondering from someone with experience of installing a 240sx (ahem.. drax240.. bleach zee... .or others..?) exactly what I'll need to put in the new tb. Btw, I plan on getting a turbo afm from a later 280zx in order to match airflow.. and swapping the the internals. I've seen it done rather easy (its just four screws inside the afm housing). I've also build the quite popular k&n straight air intake... MAN there is a lot of room in front of the radiator in a N/A 280zx.. you could fit just about any size cone you wanted in there, mine happened to be 6 1/2 inch base width. Works nice. Anyway, what I have is a 89 240sx tb, the tps from it, comeplete throttle cable and pedal setup.. so I'm good on parts. I need to know what I'm gonna need in order to fit the 240 in here, I'd take it off and find out, but... this Z is my daily driver, and I'd have to put it right back in if I didn't make a successful swap.. so I'm hoping one of you zedders can help me, and I'm sure others, who want to make this swap. I'd appreciate it...
